杨万水，1982年生，安徽潜山人，博士，副教授。现担任安徽医科大学公共卫生学院营养与食品卫生学系副主任。2013年毕业于复旦大学公共卫生学院（上海市肿瘤研究所）获得流行病与卫生统计学博士学位，同年获得上海市优秀博士毕业生称号。主要研究方向：肿瘤分子流行病学，营养流行病学，统计学模型在临床肿瘤学中的应用，循证医学与慢性病预防。曾担任九江学院预防医学教研室主任，并受邀担任International Journal of Epidemiology、European Journal of Epidemiology、Cancer、British Journal of Cancer等10多个外文期刊的审稿专家。近5年来，第一或者通讯作者发表SCI论文18篇，包括JAMA Oncology、GUT、Hepatology、Annals of Oncology、Clinical Cancer Research、American Journal of Clinical Nutrition等，其中有6篇影响因子大于10分。目前，主持国家自然科学基金课题1项，参与2项；主持江西省自然科学基金2项，参与1项；主持江西省教育厅课题1项。出版专著教材3部。
